Operations

Role Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks required for Marine department activity. A comprehensive knowledge of Port and marine operations.

Assist with Marine activity for offshore Marine operations and the way in which Logistics, Drilling and Production and Projects operate.

 Liaise with the Senior Marine and Port Authorities to facilitate a smooth and timely preparation of ML invoices.

Good understanding of Marine, logistic, HSE and general Supply Base Operations.

- Performs relationship with Port authority and Local Company department involved in port invoicing process. (Shipping, operations, QHSE and  finance)

- Collect and follow up of Marine invoices from the Port ( Port calls, Port dues, water, electricity, Bases)

- Monitoring, reporting and analyzing water and Electricity consumption for all Local Company Bases.

- Monitoring and execution of all Local Company Invoices payement to Port

-  Access requests formalities

- Permenant Port Badge formalities

- Crew change formalities

- Creation of Port Calls Cost files in the log net System

- Collect and upload of all marine documents (entry request, entry Declaration, Clearance, manifest, water request, custom entry authorisation) into related cost files

- POs creation for all invoices related to Marine department activity (Port calls, Port dues, water, electricity, Bases)

- SOA for all PANPA invoices issued on  Local Company account and reporting the situation to Senior Marine.

Key Accountabilities:

- Conduct Self Verifications and improve performance.

-Ensure Services requested by client and Local Company department are done and back charged to client

-Produce and report agreed KPI’s 

Essential  Education:

 License or equivalent diploma in marine, logistic HSE or engineering Specialty.

Experience and Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 years-experience as a marine, logistic or HSE supervisor    or an equivalent shore base positions with an oil and gas company

Sound operational experience in offshore marine operations preferably within the Energy Industry.

-All invoicing and administrative tasks are completed on time without occurring delays.

- Contracted service requirements are met in terms of quality and time.

- All documents and files uploaded on the system in the end of each month.
